HMC is a part of the specialized medical care which includes the use of new, complicated and unique treatment methods. Types of the HMC are validated by State Guarantee of Free Medical Care to the Citizens of the Russian Federation on a yearly basis. There are two HMC divisions – included in CHI and not included in CHI
