Immunophenotyping of blood cells / bone marrow by flow cytometry
Flow cytofluorimetry is an integral study in the diagnosis of various hematological diseases, in particular lymphomas, leukemia, plasma cell diseases; immunodeficiency states, etc. Based on the data on the immunophenotype and analysis of a large number of cells, flow cytofluorimetry makes it possible to find extremely rare cellular subpopulations.
The study was carried out on a flow cytometer: BDFACSCalibur (USA).
