Treatment and correction of insulin-treated diabetes mellitus applying method of insulin pumps installation
Therapeutic complex treatment of diabetes mellitus including insulin replacement therapy with a system of continuous administration of insulin (Medtronic 722 insulin pumps (USA), Accu-Chek Combo (Germany, Switzerland) and daily glucose monitoring with I-PRO system or Medtronic 722.754 pumps (USA) with already included in the pump daily monitoring of glycemia. The installation is carried out in the endocrinology department under the supervision of Prof., M.D. O. Zanozina, by experienced certified doctors trained in pump insulin therapy. Individual management of each patient is carried out with the calculation and correction of insulin doses on the pump daily, training at the diabetes school.
